PRIMARK OPENS STORE IN DORTMUND GERMANY

Retail giant Primark has opened its fourth German store in Dortmund’s shopping centre, Thier-Galerie.  The space covers over 4,830sqm across 3 floors.

One of the central focal points of the store is the elevator shaft.  Stylo manufactured the self-adhesive film using our unique product “Ultra-clear”.  The beauty of this material is its transparent effect so you are not completely blocking out the glazing, but it still gives you a striking effect. Also in the areas where you don’t print the film is totally clear so its like you are still looking through glass.

The 20m high shaft comprises of 196 panes of 25mm toughened glass. Our material was applied to the glass panes at the glass manufacturers in Cork Ireland & then shipped to Germany where it was fixed by the main contractor.   So as well as a high standard of installation timing was everything!!

Ultra-clear is perfect for permanent glass features within a building. A Designer/Architects dream!
