THE BRIEF

For the launch of “Bring it on” 2018 at Debenhams, we were lucky enough to create the brands Oxford Street windows. The display had an emphasis on graphic word art, layered in with abstract shapes and lighting. The loud theme was also reinforced with a giant 3D megaphone. The brand also asked that all elements were made from recycled materials or materials which could be recycled at the end of the scheme.

THE OUTCOME

The 3D Megaphone was created by hand using cardboard wrapped around a compressed cardboard structure, colour was added using recyclable vinyl. The graphic elements were made from different recyclable substrates to give texture and variation to the scheme. All acrylic elements were created using a clear recycled acrylic with removable colour vinyl applied to the back. We also created faux neon ‘sound waves’ using our own in-house eco-friendly technique.
